About Me

My name is Kristy Powers. First and foremost, I am a wife and mother. My husband and I have been married seven years and have two young children. One son goes to a public pre-kindergarten program and one has not yet entered school. Learning activities are a part of my daily schedule with each of them, while my husband loves to do outings and science experiments with them on the weekends. My background is in school counseling and writing. I have a Master's degree in Education and an Education Specialist degree.
